The “Loopy” Standard

Elder Crew was launched out of facing life's evolving challenges. In a period of two years the Elder family grew from just my wife Sara and me, to two amazing children and my mother Lourdes "Loopy" Elder under one roof. Loopy was diagnosed with a chronic health condition and could no longer live alone but she wanted to remain at home. With three generations under one roof, we confronted the daily challenges of demanding careers, the needs of our young children, and the time intensive concerns of maintaining Loopy's health. When we finally discovered the existence of in-home health care services, the offerings left much to be desired and we felt compelled to make an improvement.

This led us to the "Loopy Standard": Every Elder Crew care provider must pass the measure that we would have complete confidence in them delivering the exacting standards of care that we demand for Loopy.

I've personally been in a similar situation as you, the uncomfortable position of wanting the absolute best care for a loved one but being unable to find a clear path. When you entrust us with your loved one's care, you will have the peace of mind in knowing they are being cared for by a highly skilled and committed crew.  This is a family business, this is not a job for us. It is my commitment to you, that I will work tirelessly to earn your trust and that your loved one will be treated with the highest level of care, compassion, and dignity.
