ElderCrew emerged from our personal journey through life's evolving challenges. Within two years, our family dynamic transformed. It expanded from my wife Sara and me to include two wonderful children, and my mother, Lourdes "Loopy" Elder. Diagnosed with a chronic health condition, Loopy's desire to stay in her home, despite not being able to live alone, inspired us. We navigated the complexities of busy careers, our children's needs, and Loopy's health with dedication and love.

Our experience revealed a gap in in-home health care services, sparking the creation of the "Loopy Standard." This standard ensures every care provider at ElderCrew meets the high level of trust and excellence we insisted upon for Loopy. We understand the uneasy quest for exceptional care for loved ones.
